Therefore this contract binds the client to Image-i-natif. - The V.I.P. service of Café-couette.com gives its subscribers the advantages described on the following Web page: http://www.cafe-couette.com/vip.htm. - * The payment given to Image-i-natif by the client allows him the right to use the V.I.P. service of Café-couette.com until the client's B&B go out of business or change's name, or until the web site cafe-couette.com is not any more owned by Image-i-Natif. - The client is committing not to use Café-couette's services for any other usage then promoting his bed&breakfast business. - The client is committing not to use abusing language on the pages of Café-couette.com. - The client is committing not to do propaganda that could harm the reputation of Image-i-natif or Café-couette.com or any of their clients. - Image-i-natif cannot be held responsible of any variation in the client's business after he displays his announcement on Café-couette.com.
